LIFEs is back!
Komunitas Salihara presents LIFEs, the biannual literature and ideas festival. The theme this year is “Mon Amour!”, focusing on the love for French and Francophone culture.

Tune in for interviews with significant French philosopher Jacques Rancière, freedom fighter and former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Algeria Lakhdar Brahimi, curator Arwad Esber (who is also the daughter of the celebrated poet Adonis), and take part in various food for thought events.

What sets LIFEs apart from other literary festivals? Not only showcasing the latest development of literature today, LIFEs takes a thematic depth in the diversity of métiers, from literature, philosophy, music and theater to seminars and dinner under the open sky.
